Global Routes offers teen summer community service travel programs for high school students, gap-year and semester internships for students 17 years of age and older, programs for adults, and customized programs for schools in Belize, Brazil, Cambodia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, India,Kenya, Morocco,Nepal, Peru, Tanzania & Thailand.

HIGH SCHOOL

Three to five-week summer travel programs for teens. Teach children in orphanages, build schools. Help people in rural villages. Community service programs this summer include destinations in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.

GAP YEAR/COLLEGE

Three-month placements for gap-year and college students interested in volunteering overseas. Teach English abroad or choose from a wide range of other subjects. Live with a family as you enjoy the support of a leader and a group of like-minded volunteers. Programs in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

ADULT PROGRAMS

Ten to twenty day adventures taking full advantage of the 26 year-old worldwide network of amazing Global Routes contacts. These journeys offer a broad range of activities to experience meaningful cultural exchange and personal growth. Each program also has a distinctive and ongoing programmatic theme, for example yoga, which is woven throughout.

CUSTOM PROGRAMS

Global Routes works closely with schools, organizations, groups and other inspired individuals to create Custom Programs. These programs cater to the specific interests, goals and timelines of these organized groups. This is an ideal option for those groups who are interested in language immersion, global studies, volunteerism and group building opportunities. With the Global Routes hallmark of sustainable community service at their core, these programs are further customized based on the unique interests, goals, dates, destinations and budgets of our partners.
