Galapagos!

A brief update from the group:

The students are loving the time here on the Galapagos, and Chau and I have decided that this is one of the best groups each of us have ever gotten to work with!

The waters here are clear and striking blue.  We are eating tasty fish and are very well taken care of.
So far we have snorkeled at 2 different islands and been totally blown away as we have been swimming with sea turtles, sea lions, sting rays, white tip sharks, giant iguanas and beautiful fish. We have also seen many birds, in particular 2 baby galapagos owls nesting in a 200 year old cebol tree!

Returning Home: Recap of our Final Adventures in Ecuador!

Hola! If you’ve been following our journey in Ecuador you know we were last in Peguche. While there we hiked up a dormant volcano (Lake Cuicocha), shopped in the renowned Otavalo Market, and learned about dream catchers from one of the Homestay parents. With a mix of getting to know the locals and playing more soccer in our free time.
